Ely's Award winning Tourist Information Office extends a very warm welcome from our friendly and knowledgeable team.

We can provide you with all you need to know whether you are intending to stay for the day, a short break or even longer.

Opening Hours

Summer Hours
1st April - 31st October
10.00 am - 5.00 pm daily including Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays

Winter Hours

1st November - 31st March
11.00 am - 4.00 pm Monday - Friday and Sundays
10.00 am - 5.00 pm Saturdays
Closed 25th & 26th December and 1st January.
