Book a Guest Speaker

Our experienced guest lecturers and after dinner speakers are able to provide a fresh and creative approach to diverse topics such as local history, geography, architecture, tourism or even ghostly tales of the City of Ely.

The speakers offer a wide range of resources and can visit you for your convenience at your school, event venue or any other convenient location. Their talks can be tailored to your needs and requirements. We work closely together with schools to support the National Curriculum and will adapt any talk depending on the participating key stages. All speakers are CRB checked and cleared.

Subjects such as history of Ely, Oliver Cromwell, craft and trades in the Fens, drainage of the Fens and developments within tourism are popular subjects. We also offer a more hands on approach with workshops on willow weaving, 17th century costumes, Mrs Cromwell’s recipes or recreating the atmosphere of the Civil War!

We will make sure that the speaker both understands and agrees to all the terms and conditions of the brief. You will have the peace of mind knowing that the speaker fully understands what is required and is fully prepared and ready to deliver a memorable presentation that will surpass your expectations.

We strive to provide our customers with truly diverse and topical speakers combined with the most personalised and professional customer service in the business.
