The experienced and professional staff at Ely's Tourist Information Centre await you. With their wealth if knowledge, they will be able to help make best of your time in the area.
Make the Centre your first call upon arriving and pick up all the necessary information and literature that will help make your visit pleasurable. We not only hold a wealth of local information, but stock brochures and leaflets on many locations and attractions up and down the country. In addition, we hold travel timetables and maps, walks and cycle routes, leisure and event information as well as being able to offer first hand advice about the area.
Regional and National Book a Bed Service
As with most networked tourist information centres, we are able to make accommodation bookings on your behalf at a cost of £2.50 to the visitor. So if time is short, or you have a particular requirement why not let us do the hard work for you.

Summer Hours
1st April - 31st October
10.00 am - 5.00 pm daily including Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays
Winter Hours
1st November - 31st March
11.00 am - 4.00 pm Monday - Friday and Sundays
10.00 am - 5.00 pm Saturdays
Closed 25th & 26th December and 1st January.
